Work Environment\n

Our remote work setting allows for flexibility while maintaining a structured approach to care, with scheduled office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Depending on patient needs, occasional evening shifts may be required, ensuring that we are available to our clients when they need us most. You will be part of a cohesive team focused on delivering exceptional mental health services to those we serve.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to understand the specific needs of children and adolescents, evaluating factors such as their emotional state, behavioral patterns, and family dynamics.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that are sensitive to developmental stages, incorporating therapeutic modalities that address anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other behavioral issues.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions during individual and family sessions, ensuring a tailored approach that promotes a child's overall well-being.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to enhance communication and support within family units, helping caregivers develop strategies to foster a nurturing environment.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including child psychiatrists and other specialists, to coordinate holistic care that optimally supports the child’s mental health journey.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to young patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, using your skills to stabilize situations and develop short-term strategies.

• Educate children and their families on mental health conditions, effective treatment options, and community resources to help them navigate available supports.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards, ensuring transparency and accountability in care.

• Actively engage in team meetings and professional development activities, contributing to the ongoing growth of the practice and staying informed about advancements in child and adolescent mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. Our clients span a diverse demographic, and we are committed to providing culturally competent and individualized care that addresses their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or other relevant licensure appropriate to the role.

• A strong foundation in child and adolescent mental health disorders, with knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills characterized by empathy and a child-centered focus.
\n
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and family therapy to young clients.

• Background in crisis intervention and emergency mental health support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional financial incentives, such as a sign-on bonus, are also available.
