As a vital member of our Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Office, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional mental health services to children and teenagers, playing a crucial role in their emotional and psychological development.

Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients at a community health clinic setting. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate family therapy sessions aimed at empowering caregivers with tools and strategies to nurture their child's mental health effectively.

• Work closely with child psychiatrists and fellow mental health professionals to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care that prioritizes the holistic well-being of the patient.

• Provide crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and strategies that can help stabilize the situation.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, potential treatment paths, and available community resources that can enhance support.

Qualifications\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
