Practitioners can expect a structured work schedule, typically Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required to meet the needs of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a similar role is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and family therapy tailored to the needs of young clients.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering a trusting and empathetic relationship with children, adolescents, and their families.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with various computer applications for documentation and treatment planning.

Preferred Experience\n

While the position requires a minimum of two years of experience, candidates with additional experience in child and adolescent therapy, as well as those who have engaged in crisis intervention or family therapy, will be given priority.
