Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets children and adolescents, providing therapeutic support to those navigating emotional and behavioral difficulties. You will be instrumental in fostering a safe and nurturing environment conducive to their mental health recovery and growth, engaging with both the young individuals and their families throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.
\n
• At least two years of relevant post-licensure experience demonstrating effective therapeutic practices.

• Understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with familiarity in evidence-based treatment techniques.

• Proficient in delivering both individual and family therapy sessions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on a compassionate, child-centered approach to therapy.

• A track record of building rapport with young clients and their families.
\n
• Hands-on experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive annual salary range of $115,000 to $130,000.
