Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents to ascertain their unique needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and achievements.
