Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), to assess and treat clients in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in compliance with local and federal regulations and agency standards, ensuring that all treatment plans, psycho-social assessments, and progress notes are accurately recorded.

• Engage in weekly supervision sessions with the clinical director or a designated supervisor to discuss cases, treatment strategies, and professional development.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices and participate in ongoing training and workshops to enhance your skills.

• Contribute to case discussions with interdisciplinary teams, fostering a cooperative environment focused on holistic patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will be children and adolescents struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required; a master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.

• An active and unrestricted professional license in the state of New Jersey as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical or community mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
