Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to determine their mental health status and treatment needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and cater to each client's unique circumstances.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, addressing a range of topics and utilizing culturally responsive approaches to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Provide clients with effective tools and coping strategies to facilitate recovery and enhance their mental health stability.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and refer clients to additional resources as needed.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to share insights, discuss cases, and engage in continuous professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a diverse group of clients, each presenting a wide range of mental health challenges. This includes supporting individuals facing substance abuse issues, depressive disorders, anxiety, and various emotional and behavioral difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active, valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience within a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
