Work Environment\n

This position operates in a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing you the flexibility to conduct sessions from the comfort of your home while ensuring accessibility for clients. You'll be connected with a supportive team of professionals dedicated to mental health, working within a digital platform that streamlines client interactions and record-keeping. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM; however, some scheduling flexibility may be required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to gather comprehensive client histories and utilize evidence-based practices to create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement effective therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to meet individual client needs.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists, to enhance the care continuum.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights and improve treatment quality.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to promote awareness and support.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by staying current with the latest research and emerging practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly focus on adults experiencing a variety of mental health issues. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and trauma responses. You will engage with clients through virtual sessions, providing support and intervention that caters to their unique life experiences and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proficient understanding of solution-based psychotherapy techniques to effectively address diverse client needs.
