Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored treatment plans based on each individual’s mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing various approaches to effectively address a breadth of mental health concerns.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with case managers, educational personnel, and other healthcare specialists to ensure holistic and integrated care delivery.

• Offer timely crisis intervention and support, assisting clients who are experiencing acute emotional distress or emergencies.

• Lead community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and stigma reduction, including workshops and educational presentations in schools.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on serving the unique mental health needs of students and their families, particularly within school systems. You will work with clients from varying backgrounds, including those from different ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s degree or a doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients and provide compassionate support, highlighting exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Evidence of strong organizational skills and timely documentation capabilities, ensuring compliance with best practices in therapeutic assessment and progress tracking.

Compensation and Benefits\n
