Key Responsibilities\n

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients facing intense psychological distress or emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and referral processes when required.

• Maintain precise, confidential client records that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring data integrity and client privacy.

Qualifications\n
