Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify needs, and develop effective, individualized treatment plans to address those needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy to facilitate personal growth and emotional healing.

• Set measurable therapeutic goals and consistently monitor client progress, adapting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy services to ensure accessibility for clients unable to meet in person, supporting their mental health journey in a manner comfortable for them.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of sessions and client progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Continuously engage in professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated with the latest research and methodologies in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Peerless Mind Mental Health Solutions offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
