Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual clients’ needs, including crisis intervention strategies and behavioral guidelines.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards to ensure compliance and facilitate superior patient care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and collaborate with the clinical team to support the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans.

• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

• Act as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, enhancing our network of support for patients.

• Foster open communication channels among team members and community stakeholders to align with and promote the mission of South Coast Medical Clinic.

• Identify opportunities to collaborate with local, state, and federal agencies, focusing on developing new partnerships and securing funding for essential programs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops, conferences, and state-wide meetings to enhance your expertise and represent the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing emotional and mental health challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a mental health field is required.

• Must possess an independent LMHC license, or willingness to obtain one if currently licensed in another state (license fees will be covered).

Compensation and Benefits\n
