Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs, ensuring all services meet regulatory standards and best practices.

• Complete all documentation and reporting with accuracy and efficiency to comply with all necessary regulations and deadlines.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client needs and progress according to the guidelines set forth by the clinical team.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to craft and implement positive behavior support plans that encourage client success and well-being.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure clinic standards and practices align with state and federal regulations.

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, including state agencies and community partners, effectively connecting clients with essential resources.
\n
• Maintain an open line of communication with clients and stakeholders to uphold the mission and values of South Coast Medical Clinic within the community.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local and state agencies to enhance program visibility and secure funding opportunities.
\n
• Engage in continuous learning by attending professional development events, workshops, and conferences to enhance both personal and professional skills.

• Support the mission, philosophy, and principles of the agency in all interactions and responsibilities.
\n
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations and client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
