Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique mental health needs of each client.

• Create pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans, as necessary, to support client stability.

• Document all interactions, treatment notes, and assessments promptly and accurately, adhering to state regulations and professional guidelines.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of the clinical process, integrating best practice standards into everyday counseling.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans and ensure comprehensive client care.
\n
• Participate in ongoing licensing and accreditation processes to stay compliant and enhance service delivery.

• Serve as a liaison with local state agencies and community resources, fostering partnerships that benefit our client base.

• Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders to uphold contract standards and promote Beverly Wellness Care’s mission within the broader community.

• Enhance personal and professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and training relevant to mental health counseling.

• Promote the agency's mission, values, and principles within every interaction and task.
\n
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to meet organizational needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve at Beverly Wellness Care encompass a diverse demographic, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, and those with developmental or acquired neurological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An independent LMHC license is mandatory for this role.

Experience working alongside interdisciplinary teams to support patients with diverse needs is also highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
