Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Hackensack Meridian Mental and Wellness Center, you will work primarily with adults presenting with mood disorders, anxiety, and related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution. A Master's or doctoral degree is preferred.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Maryland.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches such as CBT and DBT, with a demonstrated ability to apply these methods effectively in practice.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and experience managing treatment plans in collaboration with psychiatrists.
