Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status while utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are specifically tailored to meet the unique goals and needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches as necessary according to client progress.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, making adjustments to treatment as needed to ensure the most effective care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients undergoing acute distress or emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive mental health services.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by attending training sessions and workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of the latest advances in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n
