Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques to deliver individualized therapy sessions.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and regularly monitor their progress to ensure effectiveness of treatment.

• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges, ensuring they receive the support they need.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and within regulatory guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to stay current on best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at HealthLinkNow, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults who present with various mental health issues. You will support clients dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid license in Maryland as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
