Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique challenges and goals.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to suit client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working primarily with a diverse client base, which may include adults, adolescents, couples, and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will be instrumental in providing support to clients from various socio-economic backgrounds, ensuring equitable access to mental health resources and treatment options.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT)

• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C)

• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical or counseling setting is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Ability to work autonomously while also contributing to team efforts in a remote setting.

• A strong understanding of evidence-based treatment methodologies and willingness to implement them in therapeutic practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, or specialized therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will be prioritized. Familiarity with telehealth technologies and virtual therapy best practices is also desirable.
