Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical and empathetic mental health counseling to clients through secure video sessions, ensuring a safe and confidential environment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for each client, analyzing their psychological state to formulate customized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Support clients in developing coping strategies, problem-solving abilities, and improved communication skills through structured interventions.

• Document progress and adapt treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your practice will be on working with low-acuity adults who are seeking assistance in managing everyday psychological challenges. This may include anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and other mental health concerns that benefit from supportive counseling rather than intensive therapy. Your role is crucial in equipping clients with the necessary skills to enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold a current and valid state license in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• The candidate must possess independent licensure, allowing for unsupervised practice.

• A clean licensure history, free of disciplinary actions, is necessary.

• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in computer applications are essential for effective client engagement and documentation.

• A stable and reliable Wi-Fi connection is required for seamless virtual counseling sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
