Work Environment\n

The primary work setting for this position is remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with the team and clients. Our therapists have access to a comprehensive outpatient office framework, leveraging technology to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some degree of scheduling flexibility required to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments using standardized tools and clinical interviews to determine patients’ needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices, incorporating modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy tailored to meet individual client needs.

• Facilitate and lead psychoeducational and support groups, providing clients with valuable insights and a sense of community belonging.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring comprehensive support.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, responding swiftly to ensure client safety and stability.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and relevant community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline processes.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development efforts to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as an LMFT, LCMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in Maryland.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate effective treatment plans based on clinical insights.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele, with a focus on fostering therapeutic relationships.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, promoting trust and rapport with clients and peers alike.

• Adherence to ethical standards and professional boundaries, ensuring the highest quality of care.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
