Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults and adolescents facing mental health challenges complicated by co-existing medical conditions. Qualifications\n

• A valid Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health therapy, particularly with individuals confronting co-occurring medical and psychological issues.
