This position is fully remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being fully integrated into our supportive team culture. The practice operates during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments for clients to evaluate mood disorder symptoms, focusing on their severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate meaningful client progress.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment paths, and effective self-care techniques.

• Regularly monitor clients’ progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans that reflect their evolving needs.

• Work alongside psychiatrists and medical professionals to ensure an integrated approach to mental health care for our clients.

• Stay informed about recent developments and research in mood disorder treatment to continuously enhance clinical practices.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to exchange knowledge and develop professional skills.

• Advocate for clients by promoting understanding and de-stigmatization of mood disorders, addressing their mental health needs with sensitivity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients facing mood disorders, such as depression and anxiety. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
