Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapeutic interventions centered around mindfulness and stress reduction techniques, including MBSR, for clients seeking to enhance their emotional well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and continuous evaluations to discern clients’ emotional and psychological needs, developing personalized mindfulness strategies that align with their treatment plans.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, such as meditation, breathing techniques, and self-reflection practices, fostering their emotional regulation and self-awareness.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and resilience-building strategies to improve collective client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
