Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their specific mental health needs. You will utilize structured interviews, psychological tests, and observational techniques to gather critical information.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments, integrating evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Provide therapy services across various modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy, adapting to the requirements of each session and using strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to build a cohesive support network for clients, ensuring no aspect of care is overlooked—be it medication, counseling, or community resources.

• Deliver crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute distress, demonstrating sound judgment and a calm, empathetic approach during emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from varied backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults with diverse socioeconomic statuses and cultural identities. Your role will center around fostering healing relationships and understanding individual experiences, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and more. Being culturally competent is vital in helping you connect with clients and tailor your methods to meet their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
