This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being part of a dynamic treatment team. While your primary hours will generally be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, some flexibility in scheduling may be necessary based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused techniques to develop tailored treatment plans that meet individual needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other established methodologies to facilitate client healing and growth.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and other regulatory standards to ensure the integrity of patient information.

• Engage in collaborative teamwork with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, participating in regular case consultations to enhance the quality of care provided.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to navigate their mental health journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population consists of individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
