In this role, you will provide therapeutic services to individuals struggling with various mental health challenges in a supportive outpatient setting.

This position is remote, accommodating the modern needs of mental health professionals while allowing for flexibility in your work setting. Our outpatient office is open Monday through Saturday, providing you the autonomy to create and manage a personalized schedule that aligns with both your professional and personal commitments. We also handle the credentialing process and management of insurance participation, so you can focus on delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, and families, applying clinical interventions tailored to the client's presenting needs. This includes gathering comprehensive histories and developing targeted treatment plans.

• Conduct initial assessments to triage care effectively, ensuring that patients receive the appropriate level of support and intervention required for their circumstances.
\n
• Engage in interdisciplinary communication with colleagues through documentation and regular meetings, such as patient rounds, to discuss ongoing assessments, treatment strategies, and updates to the care plan.

• Utilize your clinical expertise to deliver evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other necessary interventions to guide patients toward their therapeutic goals.

• Manage case coordination for assigned patients, collaborating with community resources and healthcare professionals to optimize care and resources available to clients.

• Maintain ethical and timely documentation that meets departmental standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and more. By providing critical support and effective interventions, your role is key to empowering clients to overcome their challenges and lead healthier lives.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates are required to hold a current license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential.

• The ability to work flexible hours, anywhere from 10 to 40 hours per week, is expected based on personal and client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities would be beneficial.
