Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to deliver quality care from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a strong professional connection with clients and colleagues. You will primarily work in an outpatient setting, engaging in therapy sessions via video conferencing platforms to maintain a personal touch. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic interventions including individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy using evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective support.

• Document and maintain comprehensive, confidential client records in compliance with all ethical and legal regulations, including treatment plans and progress notes.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to deliver holistic care and coordinate treatment approaches.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment strategies, and connect them with community resources to facilitate recovery.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training in the latest therapeutic methodologies and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse client populations, including individuals from various backgrounds grappling with a range of mental health issues. You will have the opportunity to work with adults and adolescents, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW).

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
