Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote telehealth position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while providing crucial support to clients across the state of Nevada. We understand the importance of flexibility and offer a work schedule that generally runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some adaptability based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' psychological and emotional needs, subsequently developing personalized treatment plans that adhere to best practices.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that empower clients and provide a supportive community for navigating mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention services to support clients experiencing urgent mental health issues, ensuring timely and appropriate assistance.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower their ongoing recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous professional development and teamwork.

You will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a variety of mental health issues ranging from common conditions like anxiety and depression to more complex disorders such as bipolar disorder and substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.
