Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows for remote work, providing you with the flexibility to perform your duties from the comfort of your home. Though you may work primarily remotely, engage with our collaborative team of professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other practitioners through virtual platforms, ensuring coordinated and comprehensive care for our clients. Occasional on-site meetings or training sessions at our North Las Vegas facility may be required.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, documenting strengths and areas for growth.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing relevant evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans outlining specific therapeutic goals and interventions for each client.

• Engage in continuous collaboration with the treatment team to ensure holistic and client-centered care approaches.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans as needed to support clients in acute situations.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to foster community and shared recovery experiences.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to ensure proper client management and regulatory adherence.

You will work with individuals facing various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and other psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
