Work Environment\n

As a fully remote organization, you will have the flexibility to work from your own home, promoting work-life balance while connected to a supportive team dedicated to mental health advocacy. While our standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we understand that client needs may necessitate some flexibility in scheduling. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs, preferences, and specific challenges, allowing for the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions suitable for individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducational workshops to address widespread mental health issues and foster a support network among clients.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure each client receives comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, employing sound judgment and rapid response to ensure client safety.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, enhancing their understanding of treatment goals and available community resources.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential records of client interactions and progress in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Engage regularly in professional development and training sessions to stay abreast of advancements in therapeutic techniques and mental health research.

Our client base encompasses a diverse range of individuals grappling with various mental health disorders, including but not limited to children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. As a therapist at Pure Insight Counseling Services, you will be equipped to address individual needs through personalized approaches that respect each client's cultural and personal backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada is mandatory.

• A strong foundation in mental health disorders, therapeutic interventions, and assessment techniques is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy to varied populations is highly valued.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring meaningful client engagement and collaborative teamwork.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
