Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through secure online platforms, making use of a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Establish collaborative relationships with clients, setting therapeutic goals and providing ongoing support and motivation to achieve these objectives.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, tracking client progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to share insights, discuss case progress, and receive constructive feedback.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate rapport with clients in a remote setting.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding of mental health issues, along with a client-centered approach.

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing therapy documentation remotely.
