The role is predominantly remote, allowing you the flexibility to engage with clients in a comfortable yet professional setting. This role requires adaptation to a flexible schedule, typically Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, tailored to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing a range of evidence-based practices alongside solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to effectively meet the diverse needs of your clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring a high level of client care and advocacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse client base, including individuals coping with significant life stressors, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

Preferred Experience\n
