Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's mental health concerns and develop appropriate, effective treatment plans.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey, adapting strategies as necessary.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to ensure access for clients who may prefer virtual appointments due to personal preferences or accessibility issues.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards to uphold professionalism within the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. You will be tasked with developing rapport and trust with clients, enabling them to openly discuss their experiences and work toward their mental health goals. Your expertise will be vital in helping clients navigate their personal journeys and facilitating their mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current licensing in Washington State as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude while addressing clients' diverse experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills capable of effectively managing a caseload while maintaining administrative duties.

• Experience in teletherapy practices, particularly with tools and platforms that facilitate virtual counseling.
