Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based care sessions with individual adult clients using live video technology.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatric providers, social workers, and other counselors to develop and monitor comprehensive treatment strategies tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and other metrics to track clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
\n
• Participate in regular team consultations and supervision to enhance therapeutic techniques and share insights.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation through electronic health records (EHR) and uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will predominantly work with adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will leverage your expertise to guide clients through evidence-based therapeutic interventions, empowering them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Proven ability to facilitate telehealth therapy sessions effectively.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage clearly and empathetically with clients.

• Advanced proficiency in using computers and navigating technology, including Google Suite and EHR systems.
