Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop customized treatment plans.

• Provide clinical psychotherapy to individuals, utilizing evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities.

• Document sessions meticulously and maintain accurate records to track progress and outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing treatment planning, ensuring that therapy goals align with clients’ evolving needs.

• Maintain a clean professional record and adhere to ethical standards set by licensing boards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health counselor, you will work with a diverse clientele requiring various levels of support. Our focus primarily includes adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and related emotional and psychological challenges. Your practice will be supported by school systems that fund sessions, allowing for an enhanced focus on therapy without the hassles of insurance billing.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a social worker (LCSW), marriage and family therapist (LMFT), licensed professional counselor (LPC), psychologist (PsyD or PhD), or an equivalent credential.

• At least two years of direct experience providing clinical psychotherapy services to adults.

• Proficiency in developing and implementing treatment plans with measurable outcomes.

• Excellent written communication skills for effective documentation and reporting.

• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken by any licensing board.

• Eligibility to practice in the state of Oregon.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience engaging with clients in a school setting is a plus, given our collaboration with educational institutions.

• Familiarity with additional therapeutic modalities beyond CBT, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Solution-Focused Therapy, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
