Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform diagnostic decisions and individualized treatment plans.

• Design and implement therapeutic interventions, incorporating modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to facilitate client growth and recovery.

• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate tracking of client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Engage and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver integrated care and support that addresses the multifaceted nature of mental health issues.

• Participate in regular case consultations and interdisciplinary meetings to continuously improve treatment strategies and contribute to the center's clinical excellence.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York state.
