Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations of clients to establish their mental health needs, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviewing techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with adult clients who present with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Our diverse clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds with unique experiences and needs, making cultural competence and empathetic engagement key aspects of your work.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach in all client interactions.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities are critical to manage diverse client schedules effectively.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license.

Preferred Experience\n
