Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Prairie Counseling Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Offering teletherapy options to enhance accessibility, particularly for clients facing challenges in attending in-person sessions.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulations to support quality care and accountability.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development, including attending trainings and workshops to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from adolescents to adults, presenting with various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma history, and other emotional difficulties. The ability to establish trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds is essential in delivering exceptional care and achieving positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a keen ability to connect with clients in a compassionate and non-judgmental manner.

• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to handle a varied caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Prairie Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. We provide:
