Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that are culturally attuned to identify patients' unique experiences and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address individual mental health challenges.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to promote resilience, encourage healing, and address diverse mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide seamless, coordinated care for individuals.

• Respond to mental health crises with appropriate intervention strategies, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients during emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower informed decision-making.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, ensuring privacy and compliance with health regulations.

• Engage actively in case conferences and team meetings to enhance treatment strategies and participate in ongoing cultural competency training sessions.

• Remain abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy, with a focus on culturally relevant considerations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals from varied ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits\n
