Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will include the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, ensuring ethical practices and client confidentiality at all times.

• Utilize evidence-based and solution-focused treatment modalities to address clients’ unique mental health needs.

• Design and refine individualized treatment plans that align with comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status.

• Engage clients in meaningful therapeutic dialogue, fostering insight into their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary, and guiding clients in developing effective coping mechanisms.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of each client session, adhering to all necessary regulatory and clinical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on assisting stable, low-acuity adults facing a range of mental health challenges. You will work with clients seeking guidance on issues such as anxiety, depression, coping strategies, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Must hold one of the following licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). License must enable practice without supervision.

• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted; candidates should have no history of disciplinary actions against their license.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a tendency towards empathy and understanding when working with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth services and documentation, including familiarity with HIPAA regulations.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly regarded:
