Work Environment\n

This role operates in a fully remote telehealth environment, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while adhering to flexible schedules. Our telehealth platform is designed to facilitate seamless communication and therapeutic interventions. Full-time employees will typically work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities for flexible scheduling to accommodate personal and professional needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage in a variety of critical tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and family dynamics to create effective treatment plans.

• Providing counseling services to individuals and groups, addressing issues such as substance abuse, trauma, domestic violence, and child maltreatment.
\n
• Documenting all client interactions meticulously, including medical and psychological histories, treatment plans, outcomes, and changes in client status.

• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team to enhance the understanding of clients’ psychosocial stressors and promote holistic treatment approaches.

• Educating clients and their families about available community resources to facilitate connection to support services.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A solid foundation in evidence-based therapeutic practices and methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
