Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and in-depth interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic practices, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective mental health services.

• Collaborate with a team of professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to create coordinated care strategies that address the holistic needs of clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute distress situations, employing your clinical skills to assess risk and apply effective de-escalation techniques.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives and education efforts focused on mental health awareness, helping to destigmatize mental health issues within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with individuals from varied ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds, enhancing your cultural competence as you adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the distinct needs of each client. We focus on breaking down barriers to care and ensuring equitable access to mental health services, particularly for underserved populations.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Oregon.

• A master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster rapport with diverse clients, establishing trust and a supportive therapeutic alliance.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by clients from various backgrounds.

• Solid organizational and time management skills for accurate documentation and effective care coordination.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
