Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health concerns of clients accurately, leading to the formulation of effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing proven therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other personalized strategies that promote client well-being.

• Collaborate with clients to establish meaningful therapeutic goals, systematically monitoring their progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.

• Offer teletherapy services to clients for those who opt for virtual sessions, delivering flexibility for those with accessibility challenges, ensuring that clients always receive essential support.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes promptly and accurately to fulfill ethical and regulatory standards, underscoring our commitment to professionalism.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and consultation meetings, thus remaining informed about the latest practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will feature a diverse client population, focusing primarily on individuals struggling with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. The ability to engage with various demographics will enhance your practice, allowing you to utilize and refine your therapeutic techniques to accommodate the unique backgrounds and needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure in the state of Oregon as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or possess a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills capable of establishing a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship with clients from all walks of life.
