Work Environment\n

The role of Mental Health Therapist is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule and eliminating the need for commuting. Our practice is equipped with the latest technology to facilitate seamless communication with clients and team members. While working from home, you will collaborate with a close-knit group of professionals, participating in regular team meetings and consultations to ensure holistic patient care. With a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you can anticipate some adaptability in your hours based on patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the individual needs of each patient, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide individual, couples, and family therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational support groups aimed at fostering community and addressing common mental health challenges.
\n
• Collaborate with a comprehensive team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and caseworkers to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of support.

• Provide crisis intervention services during critical moments, delivering immediate support to those in mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Keep detailed and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay updated on best practices and new research in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will cater to individuals from all walks of life, providing specialized care that meets their unique needs. Your expertise and sensitivity to cultural differences will enhance the therapeutic experience for each patient.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• An in-depth understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting mental health assessments and formulating effective, individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating the development of rapport with patients and families.
\n
• Proficient in utilizing EHR systems and competent with various computer-based applications.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Hope Again Therapy offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
