Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Randolph Behavioral Center, you will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals from varied socio-economic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds. You'll support clients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, which may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders, among others.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Completion of a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trustful therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively work with individuals from various backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills for managing clinical documentation and treatment planning.

Preferred Experience\n
