Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring that all interactions are ethical, supportive, and confidential.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Glimmering Hope, you will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a range of mental health issues. This includes anxiety, depression, and stress-related challenges. Our goal is to promote skills that enhance the quality of life for every client, and your role will be pivotal in achieving better mental health outcomes for a diverse population.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current and active license to practice independently in Oregon as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited/provisional licenses or past disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a sympathetic and compassionate approach to client interactions.

• Strong computer literacy skills, with experience using telehealth platforms preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, based on the therapist's experience and the number of hours worked. In addition, full-time employees are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, and all newly hired therapists will receive a substantial sign-on bonus. Compensation is disbursed via secure weekly direct deposits.
