Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients’ mental health issues and formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Closely collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to promote holistic, coordinated care strategies for improved client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required; a master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.

• A proven track record of specialized training in mental health counseling or psychological assessment.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices applicable to mental health challenges.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a therapeutic setting is required.

• Experience working in detoxification programs or rehabilitation settings is a plus.
