Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.

• Utilize various solution-based treatment modalities to tailor therapeutic approaches to individual client needs.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that demonstrate a profound understanding of client history and present concerns.

• Guide clients in exploring their emotions, thoughts, and interpersonal relationships, fostering self-discovery and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with stable, low acuity adults experiencing a diverse range of mental health challenges. Your empathy and expertise will help transform the lives of clients seeking support in their journey toward wellness. Your experience with different therapeutic techniques will allow for a tailored approach to each individual, ensuring their mental health needs are met strategically and thoughtfully.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure (unrestricted) to practice independently in the state of California, including applicable licenses such as: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  \n
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Criteria must meet: no disciplinary actions, no limited/provisional licenses.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, equipped with a compassionate nature for engaging with clients.

• Strong proficiency in computer literacy and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with experience in solution-focused therapy or cognitive-behavioral approaches will be highly regarded. Additionally, familiarity with teletherapy practices can facilitate a smoother transition and integration into our team dynamic. Any prior experience in outpatient settings will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, our licensed therapists can take advantage of:
