Work Environment\n

Our practice operates on a remote basis, allowing flexibility to work from home while maintaining a strong community-focused approach. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, enabling coordinated patient care even from a distance. Your primary work hours will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but some scheduling flexibility may be required to accommodate the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that are sensitive to the cultural backgrounds of patients, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and monitor progress, ensuring that the treatment approach respects each patient's unique cultural and personal context.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a diverse range of therapeutic modalities to address mental health concerns and enhance overall well-being.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, sharing insights and updates during regular team meetings.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, offering immediate assistance and guidance to patients in distress.

• Inform patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, promoting informed decision-making.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in case conferences and training sessions focused on cultural competency, staying abreast of best practices and research developments in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license in Texas as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• Profound understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches.
\n
• Competence in delivering culturally responsive therapy and a strong commitment to inclusive therapeutic practices.

• Excellent crisis intervention skills and the capability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proven track record of establishing rapport with a diverse range of clients.

• Comfortable utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant software applications for documentation and scheduling.
\n
• Commitment to upholding professional ethical standards and confidentiality in all patient interactions.

• Ability to effectively collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and outcomes.

• Previous experience working in a community health setting or with multicultural clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside an attractive benefits package.
