This is a full-time position that offers a remote work setting, primarily associated with our Detox Center. Our virtual environment leverages technology to facilitate therapy sessions while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments, utilizing structured interviews and validated screening tools to evaluate clients' mental health concerns.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, including SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote positive client outcomes.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, case managers, and other specialists to ensure a unified and integrated approach to treatment, enhancing client care.

• Educate clients' families and caregivers about mental health challenges, treatment options, and ways to support their loved ones during the recovery process.
\n
• Maintain complete and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, ensuring quality treatment continuity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population that includes adults seeking help for anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related concerns. Your empathy and expertise will directly influence their recovery journeys, providing the tools and strategies they need to improve their mental health and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

• Evidence of specialized training in areas like trauma-informed care or substance use practices is desirable.

• Strong therapeutic skills and the ability to establish rapport with a diverse client base while motivating them through their recovery journeys.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities to effectively collaborate with the treatment team.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specific therapeutic modalities, such as EMDR or mindfulness-based therapies, are preferred and will be considered favorably.
